SECTION 1. WAIVER OF TIME LIMITATIONS.
The time limitations set forth in section 3702(b) of
5 title 31, United States Code, shall not apply with respect 6 to a claim for the disbursement of pay due by the Depart7 ment of the Navy to Norton R. Girault, United States 8 Navy (retired), of Norfolk, Virginia. The amounts due are

SEC. 2. DEADLINE.
Section 1 shall apply only if Norton R. Girault or
